FAQ
Why don't you repair phone screens?
Truth be told - we have little experience in this area! In addition to this, we have to order in a phone screen as we don't keep stock, meaning your device is out of action for longer.
Do you provide a warranty?
We cannot provide a warranty on software repairs due to their changeable nature depending on what you use the computer for. However, you are entitled to another free diagnosis if you experience the same problem again - and a refund - if we cannot fix the issue. Our hardware repairs come with a warranty of around three years.
I go to your address - I don't see a shop?
You've not gone mad; you're absolutely right. We do not have a retail based premisies. Please ring the doorbell. If we are not in, please come back later or leave your item with a neighbour with a FULL description of the problem and we will take it from there. Remember, it is NUMBER 96. You will see a bus stop outside
Why do I need to call in advance?
We run the business alongside our day jobs. By calling in advance, you can guarantee we will be on premisies ready to deal with your repair.
Do you repair Macs?
Unfortunately, we do not repair Macs.
How long will my repair take?
Anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. Generally, the quickest problems to fix are phone issues that can be resolved in a minutes and virus removal. The longest can be repairs where we are required to order in parts.
Can you build me a custom PC?
We can, but must be given two week advance notice. You must visit first to sign a contract and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Generally, we prefer to build PC's under £500. We offer a year
warranty with the PC.
